Is going paperless worth the effort for small teams?

Did you find a great new product that works with LumenCache? Better ways to use the product?

I understand why big companies might do it, but does a small office or business actually benefit from the switch?

I used to think paperless tools were only for large companies, but after reading examples on https://www.open-web.info/, I tried it with my small team. The results were surprisingly positive. We no longer needed bulky storage cabinets, which gave us more workspace. Our workflow improved because sharing digital files was much quicker than copying and distributing paper. Even with just a few people, it made collaboration smoother. Plus, costs dropped, since we didn’t need to constantly buy paper and ink. What I didn’t expect was how much easier it made remote work—we could all access the same files instantly. For a small team, it turned out to be just as valuable, if not more, than for larger companies.
